JDCM TrendZ aims to provide a convenient and reliable delivery experience for eligible customers. Delivery timelines and charges may depend on serviceability, order status, location, product availability and operational conditions.
05 Delivery Requirements
- Customer must provide a correct and serviceable address.
- Customer must remain reachable on the registered phone number.
- Delivery must be within the applicable service area.
- Rider availability must permit the service.
06 Reasons Delivery May Take Longer
Traffic, weather, high order volume, incorrect address, rider availability, payment verification, product checking or packing, local restrictions, technical issues or other circumstances may affect delivery time.
Any stated delivery timeline is an estimated or targeted timeframe and may vary depending on actual operating conditions.
07 JDCM Discretion
Home delivery is subject to JDCM TrendZ serviceability and operational availability.
JDCM TrendZ may temporarily pause, restrict or modify the 60-minute service during high-demand periods or operational constraints.
08 Store Pickup
Where enabled, customers may select Store Pickup instead of home delivery.
Store Pickup is subject to product availability, store operating hours and the pickup instructions shown at checkout.
09 Delivery Status
Orders may show the following delivery status:
10 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the phone is unreachable, the address is incorrect or access is restricted, a re-delivery may be arranged subject to availability and applicable charges.
