01 Feature
The AI Virtual Try-On feature allows customers to upload a photograph and generate an AI-assisted visual preview of selected eligible clothing products.
02 User Flow
The typical AI Virtual Try-On experience may follow these steps:
Upload a suitable photograph.
Select an eligible product.
AI processes the photograph and product information.
Virtual preview is generated.
Where supported, proceed to Add to Cart or Buy Now.
03 Visual Estimate Only
AI Try-On is a visual assistance feature.
The generated preview does not guarantee actual fit, size, measurements, fabric, colour, drape or final physical appearance.
04 User Photo
Customers must upload only photographs they have the right to use and should not upload another person's image without appropriate permission.
Customers should upload suitable photographs and should avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in the uploaded image.
05 Processing
Photographs may be processed by JDCM TrendZ and/or its technology provider to provide the requested feature, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms.
06 Privacy
JDCM TrendZ does not intend to sell customer-uploaded try-on photographs or publicly display them for advertising without appropriate permission.
07 Deletion
Where technically available, users may be provided with deletion controls.
Actual retention depends on the technical configuration of the AI service.
08 Availability
AI Try-On may not work with every product, photograph, device or session and may be temporarily unavailable.
Availability may depend on product eligibility, image quality, device compatibility, technical conditions and third-party AI service availability.
